A plaque will acknowledge your contribution. Plaques are on a wall in the plaza or rest area on the pathway. The wall (illustrated below) acknowledges the official opening by the Governor-General of Canada.

Contributions are being accepted at four levels: $750, $500, $250 and $100. A tax receipt will be issued.

You can choose to mention someone special on the plaque or a special occasion. Examples of types of wording can be seen on the page of plaque sizes.
